FINANCE CONTROLLER

Key Reponsibilities Balance sheet reconciliation and FS review

--- Responsible for all aspects of accounting (AR, AP, Sales, Collection, Payroll, Inventory & etc.)

--- Oversee financial statements for accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards

--- Analyze financial information and reports to identify financial risks and opportunities. Observe trends and discrepancies and offer insights to help with the decision-making process

Control and compliance

--- Develop, implement and improve financial accounting system, process and procedures --- Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

--- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks effectively

Statutory and tax governance

--- Manage statutory and tax compliance requirements with relevant government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and local government

Statutory Financial Audits

--- Coordinate external audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory financial audit standards Cash

Management, AR, AP, Inventory and Overall working capital

--- Manage working capital by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and overall cash management activities

Payroll

--- Oversee semi-monthly payroll to ensure accuracy

Report

--- Provide financial analyses and reporting to senior management

--- Responsible in conducting cost-benefit analyses

FX forecasting and analysis

--- conduct foreign currency exchange (FX) forecasting and analysis to manage currency risks and optimize financial performance.

Cost Control & Coaching

--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

--- Develop the accounting department team skill & competencies through coaching. Evaluate performance of the accounting team and provide timely feedback. Ensure the staff members are aligned in the course of performing their functions
