Finance Controller (CPA)

We are looking for a highly analytical and insightful Financial Controller to strengthen our growing finance function. This role is critical in ensuring the organization maintains strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and sound financial planning as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management systems
• Supervise the accounting team and manage daily financial operations
• Oversee cash flow, revenue recognition, and cost control activities
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights to the CFO and senior leadership for decision-making
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and financial optimization
• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and finance tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• 5–8+ years progressive experience in accounting, financial management, or controlling
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial processes
• Minimum 3-4 years of team leadership experience required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and business judgment
