Finance Controller Officer

Role Purpose

The Finance Controller Officer will act as the central custodian of company funds, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized, and compliant with company policies. This role is critical in safeguarding the organization's financial integrity by overseeing fund request, transfers, disbursements, payroll funding, petty cash replenishment, and monitoring of bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Management & Disbursement

• Process and release company funds strictly for approved and authorized purposes.
• Review and validate supporting document for all financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payroll funding and petty cash replenishment.

Bank Account Monitoring

• Track and reconcile company bank accounts to maintain accurate balances.
• Prepare regular reports on fund movements and account status.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with management.

Financial Control & Compliance

• Implement internal controls to prevent unauthorized fund releases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.

Coordination & Reporting

• Serve as the primary liaison between management and departments for fund-related requests.
• Provide timely updates and reports to managment regarding financial activities.
• Support audits and financial reviews by preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or cash management functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, cash flow management, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/finance software.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and discretion in handling company funds.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with management and other departments.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
