Roles & Responsiblities

Responsible for managing all aspects of the companys finance and accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning.

III. Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and review financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for management.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances and provide explanations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial projections for strategic planning.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage tax compliance and filing.

• Cost Accounting & Control:

  • Develop and implement cost accounting systems.
  • Monitor and control costs within the manufacturing operations.

• Financial Planning & Strategy:

  • Participate in strategic planning processes and contribute to financial strategy.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management.

• Team Leadership (if applicable):

  • Supervise and mentor financial team members.
  • Provide training and development opportunities.

• Other:

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, sales) to ensure financial alignment.
  • Participate in audits and other compliance-related activities
