What they need
Role & responsibilities
* Knows to derive Fixed Cost, Variable cost, Operational Expense, Net Margin, ROI, Break Even, Working Capital, and other important aspect of business.
* Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
* Share Sales forecast, Performance, Gaps, and Business insights.
* Manage data in Excel & Google Sheets
* Prepare trackers, dashboards & reports
* Collect and verify data from different departments
* Works as second in command with Finance.
* Extract data from Tally and ERP independently for reporting
* Maintain records and documentation
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting
Required Skills:
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Advance Excel, Tables, Power Query
* Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Tally other ERP in finance
* Basic knowledge of dashboard preparation
* Good analytical and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of AI tools
