Finance Controlling Manager

Financial Planning & Analysis

·        Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across all business units.

·        Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making.

·        Conduct sales, margin, profitability, and cost analysis by business unit.

·        Perform variance analysis between actual performance, budget, and forecast, including identification of key business drivers and risks.

·        Prepare financial simulations and business cases to evaluate commercial initiatives and investment opportunities.

·        Monitor and analyze CAPEX and OPEX spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

·        Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support liquidity management.

Business Performance Management

·        Monitor financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

·        Partner closely with Commercial teams to drive business performance and profitability improvements.

·        Support management with timely, accurate, and value-added financial reporting and analysis.

·        Proactively identify business risks, cost optimization opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

Financial Control & Compliance

·        Ensure adherence to internal control policies, risk management frameworks, and SOX compliance requirements.

·        Support monthly closing activities in collaboration with the Accounting team and Shared Service Center.

·        Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

·        Support accounting team on  internal and external audit processes.

·        Monitor travel and operating expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and budget controls.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

·        Coordinate effectively with the Shared Service Center in the Philippines to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

·        Foster strong collaboration between Finance, Commercial, other business functions.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes and reporting systems.

Other Responsibilities

·        Perform additional duties and ad hoc analysis as required by management.
