Role summary

We are looking for a motivated Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Samsung SDS. In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing related activities (checking, uploading), reporting, participation on monthly closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking and administrating the incoming invoices
• General Expense Accounting and journal entry postings, accruals
• Accounting for cost and miscellaneous items
• Keeping weekly reports and KPIs up to date
• Support financial and accounting activities
• Vendor bank detail management

What we are looking for:

• Secondary school degreee1+ years of experience in an administration, logistics
• Communicative level of English (B2) and fluency in Hungarian
• MS Office skills
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and responsible approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication
