Finance Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance,

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a reputable organization

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for invoices, payments, and account reconciliation.
• Liaise with employees regarding reimbursements, advances, and financial documentation.
• Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and financial queries.

2. Financial Administration

• Assist in processing invoices, payment requests, and expense claims.
• Support in bank-related tasks and documentation when required.
• Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital) for all finance documents.
• Perform scanning and archiving of invoices, vouchers, and agreements.
• Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
