About the Company

Autostarke Energy is an authorized Ather Energy partner operating in the electric mobility sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to coordinate financial activities, monitor payment transactions, track collections, maintain financial data, and support the smooth flow of financial operations across the business.

Job Summary

The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating financial transactions, monitoring payments and collections, tracking outstanding amounts, preparing financial reports, and communicating with banks, financial institutions, customers, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, numerical, and analytical skills, along with good proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day financial activities and payment-related processes.
• Track customer payments, outstanding receivables, vendor payments, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding transactions, loan disbursements, and other financial requirements.
• Monitor vehicle financing transactions and coordinate with banks and finance partners for customer loan approvals and disbursements, where applicable.
• Track cash flow movements and maintain updated records of financial commitments and collections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial status reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure timely financial updates and transaction completion.
• Follow up on pending payments, delayed collections, and unresolved financial transactions.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial data analysis.
• Maintain financial trackers, payment schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies in financial transactions and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Support management in monitoring financial performance and improving financial coordination processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance coordination, financial operations, banking coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle financing, retail, or financial services will be an advantage.
