Finance cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the enrolment process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices and reimbursement invoices to customers.
• Process and attend to customer payments made via credit card.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with customers to ensure timely collection.
• Record and maintain petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Compile and maintain supporting documents for company credit card transactions.
• Process staff expense claims and ensure all supporting documents comply with company policies.
• Reconcile toy reinforcers inventory with the Administration team and investigate any discrepancies.
• Acknowledge supplier payments via email and maintain proper payment records.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with general administrative duties and provide support to the Finance and Administration team as required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma/degree in Accountancy / Finance/ Banking or any related field.
• Good command of English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn, responsible, committed and work with minimum supervision.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Xero, and standard accounting practices.
• This role is located in Bangsar.
