Finance cum Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and organised Finance cum Admin Executive to support our daily finance operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), alongside general administrative support. You will work closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers to maintain accurate records and ensure timely collections and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer invoicing, payment collections and overdue follow-ups.

Verify supplier invoices and prepare payments.

Reconcile customer, supplier, bank and retail/e-commerce settlement records.

Support month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with general office administration.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline from a local polytechnic.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably handling both AR and AP.

Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.

Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Excel Solver and familiar with accounting software.

Meticulous, organised and able to manage deadlines accurately.

Good communication and follow-up skills when liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Able to work independently and handle financial information confidentially.
