Job Title: Finance Cum Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities

Finance

• Handle Accounts Payable and supplier invoices.
• Prepare payments and check supporting documents.
• Reconcile supplier statements and account balances.
• Maintain proper finance records and filing.
• Assist with monthly closing and other finance-related matters.

Operation & Administration

• Place orders with oil companies and suppliers.
• Follow up on order, payment and loading status.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Finance teams.
• Reconcile fuel inventory and stock balances.
• Check purchase and delivery quantities.
• Follow up on DO, BDN, invoices and related documents.
• Maintain proper records and filing.
• Assist with daily operation and administrative work.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Finance, Accounts Payable or Operations is an advantage.
• Basic accounting knowledge and good numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
