Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry . This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to assist brokers, manage client accounts, and support financial operations. Proficiency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is highly desirable to effectively communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process financing contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage client accounts and provide administrative and operational support to brokers.
• Conduct customer follow-ups for collections and communicate with financing and insurance companies to resolve account-related issues.
• Perform policy data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Reconcile financing and insurance company accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with other financial record-keeping tasks.
• Support bookkeeping functions, including maintaining documentation and financial records.
• Assist with general customer service inquiries and provide timely responses to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or customer service role.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Broker software or similar insurance management systems is an asset.
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with data analysis, account reconciliation, and collections follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or Punjabi is an asset.
