Finance Data Analyst (MIS Reporting)

As a Finance Data Analyst at Headphone Zone, you'll turn financial data into insights helping us run a healthy, profitable, and sustainable business. You'll work closely with our Finance and Operations teams building reports, automating dashboards, analysing trends, and supporting better decision-making across the company.

Your work will help us manage cash flow, optimise margins, control costs, and guide how we grow so we can serve more music lovers, while staying true to our values.

What You'll Do

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Build dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making
• Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Automate financial reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to drive business performance
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to streamline reporting and data flow
• Monitor key financial metrics revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital, and cash flow health

What Were Looking For

• Freshers are welcome; we love hiring proactive freshers, or even better, 12 years of experience in finance, MIS, or data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them well
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar (nice to have)

• Based in Mumbai this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
