Finance Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and business performance analyses to provide insights for management meetings and decision-making
• Analyze business trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and strategic planning activities by providing relevant analysis and business intelligence
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful reporting and analytical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings, track deliverables, and monitor action plans to ensure timely execution
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, automation, and data accuracy
• Support digitalization and business transformation projects, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder coordination, and solution implementation
• Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) performance to identify business trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Undertake ad hoc business analyses, special assignments, and strategic projects as required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Data Analyst, or related
• Proven experience in management reporting, dashboard development, KPI analysis, and business performance reporting
• Knowledge of data analyst, reporting, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities independently
• Experience monitoring and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) performance
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
