What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Support:
Prepare daily/monthly bank reconciliations and cash-in/cash-out reports.
Support the accounting team with journal entries.
- * Data Analysis & Reporting:
Consolidate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
Monitor performance against targets (including branch metrics and Financial Advisor productivity).
Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain high data accuracy.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- * 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data/Business Analysis (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Familiarity with SQL* and Python is a strong plus.
- * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
