Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Data Analyst with a strong background in Accounting/Finance and Telecommunications to support data-driven business and financial decisions.

The ideal candidate combines finance knowledge, SQL, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights.

Experience with DBT, finance month-end processes, and ARPU is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
• Work with Finance, Business, Data, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for financial and business data analysis.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to financial performance, revenue, and key business metrics.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate trends, performance, and insights.
• Support Finance teams during month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Analyze telecommunications metrics and financial indicators, including ARPU (Average Revenue Per Unit).
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into clear presentations and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Automate and enhance existing reporting and analytical processes where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst with an Accounting/Finance background.
• Hands-on experience in Finance and Telecommunications (Telco) environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Experience supporting Finance month-end closing and reporting.
• Knowledge of ARPU (Average Revenue Per Unit) and other telecommunications KPIs.
• Experience working with telecommunications revenue, billing, customer, or operational data.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data transformation and modern data analytics environments.
