About the role

Finance Data Entry role involving input of financial transaction data into systems, verification of data and documents, and support to the Finance Division.

Key responsibilities

• Input financial transaction data into the system
• Check data and documents before input
• Ensure input data is correct and complete
• Input invoice, payment, and expense data
• Organize and store finance documents
• Assist with checking and reconciling transaction data
• Create simple reports as needed
• Coordinate with relevant teams if data is missing or incorrect
• Assist with administrative work in the Finance Division
