- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Oversee the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports and management reports to senior executives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation plans to protect the company's financial interests.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and relevant legal requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage funding requirements, credit facilities, and banking relationships.
- Support business planning, investment analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Department to increase operational efficiency.
