Role Description The Owner role at Going Infinity is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Owner is responsible for defining the company vision and strategy, making key business decisions, and overseeing daily operations. Typical tasks include managing finances and budgets, establishing processes, supervising staff, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role also involves building client relationships, negotiating partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. The Owner will coordinate across functions such as sales, marketing, and operations, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve business services and workflows.

Qualifications

• Business leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team supervision.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Operational and organizational skills to design processes, prioritize tasks, and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and comfort with taking ownership in a growing company.
• Experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership roles is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience is substantial.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Egyptian business environment are strong advantages.
