Finance Director

Role Summary

This role leads the company's overall finance and accounting functions by developing and executing financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability. This role oversees financial planning, treasury, compliance, governance, investment evaluation, and performance management while ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance. This role also drives organizational excellence by leading and developing the finance team, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury management, budgeting, compliance, governance, and financial planning & analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
