该职位来源于猎聘 Location: Shenzhen Reporting to: CEO, China Position Overview We are a U.S.-headquartered sporting goods company with our China headquarters in Shenzhen. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and internationally experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function in China and serve as a key finance partner to both local management and U.S. headquarters. This is not a traditional accounting-focused role. The position is centered on strategic finance and business partnership, with responsibility for connecting financial planning and analysis with business growth, while continuously strengthening finance processes, systems, and capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
• Develop mid- to long-term financial plans and lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Drive financial visibility and performance improvement across revenue, profitability, cash flow, cost, and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with supply chain, brand, and commercial teams to translate financial insights into actionable business initiatives.
• International Finance & Compliance
• Oversee finance, financial reporting, tax, and treasury for the China operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of accounting, tax, and financial requirements across Mainland China, the Hong Kong SAR, and the U.S.
• Manage cross-border finance matters, group consolidation, and coordination with domestic and international auditors.
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with applicable regulations and group policies.
• Finance Transformation
• Continuously improve finance processes, policies, and internal controls.
• Lead or participate in finance system, ERP, and business system implementation and integration.
• Drive finance-business integration and digital transformation to improve data quality, efficiency, and business visibility.
• Proven ability to build or transform finance processes and systems from 0 to 1.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and develop the China finance team.
• Participate in key business and strategic decisions as a member of the China leadership team.
• Build effective collaboration with U.S. headquarters and international teams. Qualifications Core Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong capabilities in strategic finance, budgeting, FP&A, and business analysis, with the ability to connect financial insights with business decisions.
• Solid cross-border and international finance experience, with strong knowledge of accounting and tax requirements in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.
• Proven experience in finance systems, ERP, finance-business integration, or digital transformation; 0-to-1 finance transformation experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, cost, inventory, margin, and brand-driven business operations. Experience in sporting goods, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven businesses is preferred.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S. headquarters and prepare business and financial reports in English.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and influencing skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to execution.
