Finance Director

As part of our continued growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Director to join Özak GYO .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in finance and financial affairs
• Advanced level of English is preferred
• Proven experience in managing accounting, finance, budgeting, and investor relations functions within publicly listed companies
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) qualification
• Strong planning, organizational, process, and time management skills
• Solid knowledge of real estate legislation and regulations, with the ability to closely follow regulatory developments
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all financial affairs operations in line with the company’s strategic objectives, internal standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor the company’s cash position, financial structure, and financial risks, providing regular analysis and reports to senior management
• Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and projection processes
• Coordinate with internal Holding stakeholders, financial institutions, and external business partners to ensure the company’s funding and financial requirements are effectively met
• Monitor developments in the money and capital markets, macroeconomic indicators, and financial risks, and ensure effective liquidity and cash management
• Ensuring that all audit processes (independent audits, certified public accountant audits, internal audits, and internal controls) are carried out effectively
• Manage financial reporting and analysis processes for senior management and relevant committees
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and digitalization of finance processes and systems
• Manage, develop, and guide the finance team, including setting objectives and monitoring performance
• Ensure effective coordination among relevant functions and stakeholders to support the company’s overall financial strategy and business objectives
