Finance Director

Job Summary
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Duties

• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the organization's goals
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to monitor financial performance
• Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Apply financial concepts to drive decision-making processes
• Lead budgeting processes and monitor variances
• Ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and governmental accounting regulations
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
