Finance Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the long-term financial strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the comprehensive annual budgeting process and provide detailed, rolling financial forecasts.
• Design, implement, and audit internal control systems to safeguard all assets.
• Advise the executive team on significant capital expenditure (CapEx) projects (e.g., renovations, new construction) and evaluate all investment opportunities.
• Present consolidated, high-level financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Lead complex variance analysis and provide strategic insights.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, including Finance Managers and Controllers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Flexible to go to the factory in Alexandria.
• Proven ability to link financial performance to operational execution and drive profitability in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial executives and external stakeholders (banks, auditors).
