Finance Director

1. Strategic Planning & Capital Management

• Business Partnering: Play a key role in the company’s annual budgeting and rolling financial forecasting processes; support the CEO in making strategic decisions regarding regional or global business expansion.
• Capital Structure & Treasury: Oversee treasury operations—including capital allocation between the Singapore headquarters and overseas subsidiaries—manage banking relationships, and coordinate equity or debt financing.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Evaluate the financial feasibility of overseas investment projects, lead due diligence processes, and manage post-acquisition financial integration.

2. Cross-Border Financial Operations

• Comprehensive Budgetary Control: Supervise the overall financial function and P&L performance; monitor budget execution across departments and optimize operational costs.
• Shared Services Center (SSC) Establishment: For Asian enterprises expanding internationally or establishing regional headquarters, lead the setup of accounting and financial reporting functions for overseas plants/subsidiaries, as well as the implementation and standardization of a Financial Shared Services Center (SSC).

3. Tax Planning, Risk & Compliance

• International Tax Planning: Leverage Singapore’s low-tax environment and extensive network of Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs) to design compliant cross-border structures, transfer pricing frameworks, and profit repatriation strategies.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure that all financial reporting strictly adheres to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS) and complies with the regulatory requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

4. Digital Transformation & Team Development

• Financial Digitalization: Given the strong emphasis on "digital finance fluency" in the Singapore market, lead the upgrade of ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and integrate AI-driven tools for automated data cleansing and intelligent Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead diverse local and multinational finance teams—including finance, tax, and treasury managers—to develop a high-performing financial organization.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
