Key Responsibilities

• Lead the companys overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive management to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Drive financial transformation, process improvements, and implementation of financial systems.
• Lead financial audits, manage external auditors, and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications Requirements1. MUST HAVE: Extensive professional experience with a reputable public accounting firm, preferably Big Four.2. MUST HAVE: Extensive finance leadership experience within multinational companies, preferably in technology or service-related industries.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including senior leadership positions.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, business acumen, and communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
