Finance Director

JSS Search are partnered with a profitable, high-growth regulated SME UK lender on the appointment of a senior Finance Director as the business looks to enter the next stage of their growth journey.

• Senior finance leadership role in an FCA-regulated lending business
• If you have held regulatory designation this would be highly advantageous
• Strong control, process and SOX experience essential
• Group-wide ownership of reporting, accounting policy (IFRS 9 and expected credit losses) highly desirable
• Audit, tax and reporting across the UK and international markets desired
• Leads and scales the UK finance function, with proven track record or supporting and leading teams
• £170k-£200k base plus equity, London hybrid (three days in the office)

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience in regulated lending, banking or specialist finance.
