Finance Director / Controller / CFO

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Finance Department Operations, accounting and financial compliance.
2. Review daily and monthly FRR, money segregation and trust reconciliation.
3. Handle full set of accounts for SFC RAs Type 1, 4, 6, 9.
4. Prepare management accounts, variance analysis and consolidated financial statements.
5. Prepare annual budget, forecast and cash flow projection.
6. Handle daily client money reconciliation and fund segregation.
7. Handle daily and monthly FRR.
8. Handle stress test for share margin financing activities.
9. Review banking facilities for management update.
10. Liaise with auditors to carry out annual audit work.
11. Supervise the work of subordinates. Familiar the SAP system is advantage.
12. Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by Managing Director, Directors.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance/Economics, preferably with CPA/ACCA/CFA/PMP/CIMA qualification
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial industry; FRR experience for Type 1 is a MUST
3. Experience in audit firms with securities brokerage auditing exposure is an advantage
4. Exposure in IPO process and proficiency in HK listing rules would be an advantage.
5. Dynamic, attentive to detail and demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
6. Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications
8. Immediately available / short notice period is highly preferred
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Finance Director
