FINANCE – E-COMMERCE

We are looking for a Finance professional to join our client’s E-Commerce team in Indonesia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage tax invoices, tax payments, and other tax-related activities.
• Ensure financial and tax activities comply with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Manage and safeguard company funds and financial assets.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support the finance team in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in E-Commerce or a similar industry is required.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation policies and regulations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and committed.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
