Finance ERP Consultant

Contract - 6 months

We are seeking a Finance ERP Consultant with a strong accounting background to support ERP implementation, optimization, and finance transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with Accounting and Finance teams to translate business requirements into effective ERP processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and process improvements across Finance and Accounting.
• Assess current accounting processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency .
• Translate accounting requirements into functional ERP solutions and business processes.
• Support financial modules including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting .
• Lead or support UAT, data validation, issue resolution, and system documentation .
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Accounting/Finance background with strong understanding of financial processes and controls .
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with hands-on ERP implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP financial modules and accounting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• CPA or equivalent accounting designation is an asset.
• Experience on ERP's such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday or other planning and accounting systems a must have
