We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join our team with the following job responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring alignment with the budget calendar, timelines, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Template Design & Data Preparation: Develop and maintain standardized budget and forecast templates; extract, validate, and consolidate data from EPBCS systems.
• Prefill Budget Data: Prepare prefilled datasets, upload and retrieve financial results, and manage budget and forecast data to support internal discussions with HODs and management teams.
• Collaboration & Meetings: Actively participate in regular and ad-hoc team meetings to ensure effective coordination, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Operational Support: Provide backup support to team members on routine deliverables, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial reviews as needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and coordination activities to facilitate smooth team operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Business/Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in financial planning systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills: beyond VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, able to design effective tools and templates to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• We are seeking candidates who are available to begin work in December 2026, for a contract period of 4 months.
• We welcome undergraduate students who are seeking internship opportunities.
