Finance Executive (6 months contract)

Duration: 6 months, subject to extension

Location: Novena

Salary: $3000 to $4000

Timings:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of deliverables. The successful candidate will support the existing team in financial reporting, budgeting and balance sheet management while assisting ongoing finance operations and improvement initiatives.

Duties:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports for management reporting
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clearing activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Relevant finance/accounting experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience may be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in leveraging Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and work processes
• Able to commence work immediately
• Driven and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes
• Meticulous, organised, and attentive to detail
