Finance Executive [Account Receivable]

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Reconcile AR balance monthly and receipts in a timely manner.
• Record accrued revenue.
• Ensure timely collection and perform retail and online sales reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly General Ledger detail(s).
• Perform monthly Bank statement reconciliation.
• Reconcilation output VAT to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide Ad-Hoc report(s) as assigned.
• Support outlet-level P&L queries and assist with customer billing or adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, LCCI) are a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, or GL functions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Netsuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the Retail or F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
