FInance Executive (based at Kepong)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Handle tax-related matters, e-invoicing, and financial documentation to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Monitor sales and inventory records, perform reconciliations, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government departments, retail outlets, and other relevant parties on financial matters.
• Liaise with external system providers to resolve issues relating to POS, accounting, and e-commerce systems.
• Support internal control procedures and recommend improvements to financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in retail industry or multi-branch business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems; experience with POS or e-commerce systems will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken to facilitate communication with counterparts in Taiwan.
• Honest, responsible, organised, and able to handle confidential financial information.
