Finance Executive- CA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the company and provide leadership to the finance team.
• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's business goals.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors.
• Must have experience in auditing and payroll.
• Manage the development and implementation of the accounting system.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other creditors.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field of finance and share knowledge with the team.
• Perform any other duties as required by the CEO or Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years of auditing experience.
• Qualified / Semi-qualified (one or the other level of CA).
• Financial advising license produced by the state.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong drive and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships.
• Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ACCPAC or ORACLE preferred.

Pay: ₹100,013.78 - ₹125,651.61 per month
