Finance Executive

岗位职责 Job Description：

• Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

负责结账和准备⽉度财务报告，包括银⾏对账、资产负债表、损益表以及其他报告。

• Review accounting entries by verifying and justifying reasonability of each transaction.

通过核实和证明每笔交易的合理性来审查会计分录。

• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

通过制定和建议政策和程序，维护会计管控。

• Liaise with Auditors ,Tax Agent, Bankers, keep abreast of new government policy regarding financial reporting, compliance and tax submission.

与审计师、税务代理、银⾏家对接，及时了解有关财务报告、合规性和税收提交的新政府政策。

• Participate in preparing yearly audit report and tax returns.

参与编制年度审计报告和纳税申报。

• Coordinating accounting functions and programs.

协调会计职能和项⽬。

• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non- compliance.

调查和解决审计发现、账户差异以及不符合规定的问题。

• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.

为新的或修改后的会计系统、程序和流程的发展做🎧反馈和建议。

• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

履⾏其他会计职责，并在需要或被分配时⽀持初级员⼯。

Assist regular stock take activities

协助⽇常⻔店库存盘点抽查

任职要求：

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance along with other necessary accounting professional certifications.

会计或财务学⼠学位，同时具备其他必要的会计专业认证。

• Around 3 years of accounting experience

拥有 3 年左右会计经验。

• Strong financial analysis skills.

出⾊的财务分析技能。
