Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Carry out product costing, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely GST filing, TDS deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile vendor, customer, and ledger accounts regularly.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial policies.
