Finance Executive

The candidate will assist the management of Yayasan My First Home to promote the homeownership rates amongst the lower-income society, to implement programs and schemes to support, foster, and provide aid and assistance to B40 homeowners, and to undertake and fund studies & research to determine and evaluate the issues and challenges faced by B40 households.

Responsibilities

Finance Operations:

• Prepare monthly financial budgets, cash projections, or other forecasts as & when required.
• Record and monitor expenses.
• Prepare necessary payments.
• Prepare statutory payments, utilities, and bill payments for YMFH and BFM.
• Maintain proper and accurate records such as filing, archiving, and documents movement, which includes invoice coding and data into the system.
• Monitor the execution of effective finance-related policies and procedures.

Admin:

• Assist the Management with the preparation of purchase and payment requests, expenses reports, and other relevant financial documentation.
• Ensure information included in the system is completed correctly and submitted on time.
• Ensuring all office supplies and other related items are purchased promptly.
• Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Degree in Finance or Accounting or any other professional accounting qualification.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting software.
• Must be able to handle a full set of accounts.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Experience in an audit firm is an added advantage.
• High integrity, committed and ability to work with minimum supervision is desired.
• Required: Autocount Software, Microsoft Office skills, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, problem-solving and decision making, proactive and good interpersonal skills.
