Finance Executive

We are a Labuan-based company licensed by the Labuan Financial Services Authority to carry on international commodity trading in coal, nickel, manganese, bauxite and other mineral ores. Our head office is in Labuan with headquarters in Singapore. We are a member of a group of companies having diversified interests in mining, timber, trading, distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, plantation, real estate and property investment, spanning Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. Some of our companies are listed on Bursa Malaysia and Jakarta Stock Exchange. Our annual turnovers are in excess of USD1.0 billion and we currently have more than 4,000 employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal vouchers;
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards;
• Ensure accounting entries comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in book-keeping and financial reporting;
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or ACCA qualification;
• Knowledge of SAP financial accounting software preferred;
• Proficient in English;
• Experience in an audit firm preferred; and
• Willing to travel to Singapore periodically for ad-hoc assignments.
