Finance Executive

• Salary: Up to S$4300 (commensurate with experience)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong East
• Employment Type: 3 Months Contract

A leading global MNC in the logistics industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to support centralised accounting and reporting functions across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily local and overseas remittances
• Handle cheque issuance, cancellation and renewal
• Process inter-company invoices
• Manage petty cash and e-claims
• Handle accounting entries relating to HR, monthly prepayments and agent commission reversals
• Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules
• Update daily bank balances and perform bank reconciliations

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy
• Min. 5 years of hands-on accounting experience with full set of accounts
• Experience in Shared Services and/or freight forwarding & logistics is preferred
• Experience with SAP accounting system is preferred
