Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and invoice processing for the company.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and perform regular reconciliations as needed.
• Prepare monthly bank statements and review them for errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any accounting-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in finance & accounts role with a focus on accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, etc.
• CA inter; relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software; proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
