Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

-Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss statements.

-Prepare business-wise, branch-wise and customer-wise profitability reports.

-Prepare shipment-wise / trip-wise revenue, cost and profitability analysis.

-Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.

-Verify purchase/vendor invoices and supporting documents.

-Monitor customer outstanding and ageing reports.

-Follow up with internal teams/customers for overdue collections.

-Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in GST & Statutory Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Review financial statements, transactions, and ledger entries for errors or patterns.
• Reporting: Build profit and loss summaries, variance analysis reports, and cash flow projections.
• Reconciliation: Handle monthly and yearly account reconciliations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Compliance: Support internal and external audits by verifying financial records.
