Finance Executive

• Prepare and submit tax filings including corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage invoices, tax documents, and related records.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks and assist in tax audits, financial audits, and compliance reviews when required.
• Perform daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, voucher preparation, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, and data analysis.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents and records.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and government authorities when necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, finance, or taxation field, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations, SST, withholding tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of full-set accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support communication with headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
