What they need
Prepare Interco billing on monthly basis
Prepare customer invoice and compliance to e-invoice
Prepare monthly Journal Voucher (inclusive of manpower accrual, staff claim, utility accrual, invoice accrual, etc)
Key in AP invoice for Stock Transfer Order every month
Check Cost Run upon request from PMT
Prepare monthly/quarterly submission of report to Authorities (DOSM, BNM, etc)
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Analysis
Prepare P&L analysis report
Assist in annual tax filing and quarterly report for Kuantan entities
Assist in annual statutory audit
Assist in monthly bank recon
Maintain file and documentations accurately in accordance with company policy
Support and assist day to day tasks- Undertake special / adhoc assignment and related duties as and when necessary
