We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Finance Executive** to manage day-to-day accounting, financial operations, compliance coordination, and reporting.

## Job Summary

The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, supporting GST/TDS and statutory compliance, monitoring receivables and payables, preparing financial reports, and assisting management with financial analysis and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage routine finance activities.

## Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

* Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.

* Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

* Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.

### Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Manage vendor invoices and payment processing.

* Track customer invoices, collections, and outstanding receivables.

* Maintain ageing reports for receivables and payables.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice/payment-related queries.

### GST, TDS & Compliance

* Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.

* Support TDS calculation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

* Maintain proper records for statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with external CA/accounting professionals for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.

### Financial Reporting

* Prepare monthly MIS and basic financial reports.

* Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and expense reports.

* Track monthly expenses against budgets.

* Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

### Payroll & Employee Finance

* Support monthly payroll processing and salary-related accounting.

* Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.

* Assist with employee TDS and related documentation.

### Management Support

* Support the management team with financial analysis and business reports.

* Monitor cash flow and upcoming payment obligations.

* Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and accounting errors.

* Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.

* **2–5 years of relevant experience** in accounting/finance.

* Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

* Practical understanding of GST and TDS.

* Good working knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.

* Experience with accounting software such as **Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar platforms**.

* Good numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience working in a **startup, technology company, SaaS, fintech, or digital business**.

* Knowledge of online payment reconciliation and payment gateways.

* Familiarity with digital accounting and cloud-based finance tools.

* Experience preparing MIS reports and management dashboards.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

## Compensation

₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
