Finance Executive

About the role

Finance Executive role based in Singapore, handling the full spectrum of finance functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation and month-end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of finance functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Prepare financial reports, schedules and supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist in GST reporting, tax-related matters and finance documentation when required
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements
• Support finance-related documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Experience handling full set of accounts, including AR, AP and month-end closing
• Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work within timelines
• Positive working attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
