Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice booking, verification, vendor

reconciliation and payments.

• Ensure correct application and compliance of TDS and Income Tax provisions.

• Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation and compliance.

• Understanding of export and customs-related compliances, including

Shipping Bills, EGM, export documentation and export incentives/refunds.

• Perform vendor, GST, TDS and bank reconciliations.

• Support month-end closing, audits and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, tax consultants and other stakeholders

for timely resolution of finance-related issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Strong understanding of TDS, Income Tax, GST and export/customs

compliance.

• E-commerce / D2C industry experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.

• B.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
