Finance Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry of financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and petty cash
• Organize and maintain financial documents and records
• Provide support during monthly closing and audit processes
• Liaise with internal departments or external parties for supporting documents or clarifications
• Assist with filing tax documents, SST reports, or other compliance-related matters, under supervision
• Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge is required; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; any prior experience is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
