WE ARE HIRING — FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Position: Finance Executive
Industry: Motorcycle Dealership & Workshop

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join Prestige Motorsports. You will be responsible for handling the company's day-to-day accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Record company income and expenses accurately
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records
• Maintain proper records for motorcycle purchases and sales
• Track deposits, refunds and other customer transactions
• Record supplier and workshop-related expenses
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial reporting
• Maintain proper supporting documents for all transactions
• Liaise with management, suppliers and external accountants when required
• Assist with GST and year-end accounting documentation
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Relevant accounting/finance experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
